I listened to a Gangrel interview a while back and apparently It was supposed to happen when he first brought it back during his feud with Seth but Gangrel had booked himself to AEW for that one shitty appearance at the same time and WWE wouldn't touch that with a pole.
He's probably gonna bring him out with him soon, and Halloween Havoc is in few months....
