The list doesn't include title reigns between WM 1998 and WM 2002 besides Austin/Rock because whoever was champion was irelevant as it was Austin/Rock drawing the house.

Nah it was Edge, you can see the bump Cena got from that program, where as Cena first 9 month reign was still quite low, Edge wins the belt for a short run which picked up alot of heat then Cena wins it back and business picks up significantly for his 2nd run and Edges 2nd run afterwards

Yeah and Austin and Rock headlined the shows. Austin worked with Scott Hall at house shows in main events for example. Jericho was the midcard.
