When left to his own devices on the indies he's out there cutting long boring ass promos about how wrestling is a art and generally just being cringe. It's real simple with someone like Ricochet. He's got a great physique and he's athletic as fuck. Just have him be the uber white meat babyface, show off his shit in the ring and never have him say a word.
The truth is most wrestler who were in LU were far more based there than they ever were anywhere else. Pentagon, Fenix, Cage, Morrison, Strickland, you name it. LU hid their weaknesses, promoted their strengths, and repackaged them when needed. That's the power of having bookers with a strong creative vision run the show, as opposed to the WWE style of hiring a bunch of reality tv writers to filter through Vince's insane/retarded ideas, or the AEW style of just letting everyone do whatever cringe ass shit they want as long as they're friends with Tony and the Elite.
