Ultimately, they could try moving Rampage to Monday nights one hour before Raw starts. At that point the largest wrestling audience in the country are getting ready to sit down and consume 3 hours of wrestling anyway - it would be easy to transition over to Rampage whilst they're waiting for WWE Raw to start. It could provide much needed exposure.
Then Khan could replace Rampage altogether with a distinct Ring of Honor show.
