I don't understand why WWE fired him. He's doughy sure but that's something you can fix with proper diet and steroids. he looked solid in-ring. basic, sure, but he's been in wrestling less than two years.

The issue with his body is he was still working out the same way he did for NFL, building up strong leg and core muscles but not focusing much on arms and chest, they really should have changed his workout regime, it's an upper body business after all, also because AEW doesn't do drug testing he should get on the gear
