They already admitted as much in the new issue today (so-called fan poll question of who should be #1). Considering he doesn't wrestle but once every 3 mths, hasn't had a clean win (as far as I can remember) since the Edge/Danielson WM and still basically the overpushed VinceBoy, only working as a heel, there is no real #1. Punk got hurt as soon as he won the AEW belt, Page was underwhelming, Okada had his least interesting title reign. For constituency in heat, booking and overall work, I'd say Wardlow but he's not main-event level yet. It'll be RR, Punk, Okada, MAYBE Blade and Mox, for shits and giggles and PWI marking for Jon.
