Even if what you're saying happened, and a huge majority of the AEW roster went to WWE when their contracts were up, then that would displace a huge chunk of WWE's roster, which would then create a bunch of new people that Tony Khan could sign to fill his roster. Also, he can just keep building his own prospects and signing people from the indies and other countries.
