Yes, Paul would be stupid to fire based Michael PS Hayes. Dude and his brothers carried Georgia, Von Erichs and Mid-South/UWF on their backs for 7 yrs until they broke up for a while when Terry was in Japan and Buddy had to retire. Vince should thank Hayes for the whole rocknwrestling/entrance music cos he convinced Fritz to so it in Texas. Pritchard is a yes-man so firing him is counter-productive: just make it clear to him what he needs to do to keep you happy and he will put all of his energy into doing exactly that. If you don't want him near the product, go get him to do some hard-to-fuck-up busywork or have him carry your bags or something.

Pritchard is good at producing talent and getting them to stick to the brief creative handed down. He's a guy that can implement what Triple H wants without H looking like the bad guy.

She hates that Bruce would speak to Vince like a friend in front of the younger staff. Bruce would call Vince out and shit on his ideas but at the end of the day follow orders if Vince said so. She thought that he would be a bad influence on the new guys. Bruce never blamed Steph for his firing and they are cool now.
