As an alpha chad non-manlet myself, I kinda get why HHH loves indie shitters so much. My best friends are all shorter and less attractive than me (I am 6'3 and handsome). My friends can never surpass me. HHH feels threatened by anyone that can surpass him. This is why he pushes indie manlets, as they can never truly be better than him. There will be exceptions of course, but they will usually be genetic freaks, like 7 feet people, or fat people, who are not a threat in the traditional sense as they are more niche acts than your standard buff wrestler.
