>>6769240>Did it do anything for you?Supplements by and large are a work. Even your beloved protein powders. Now Foods, Jarrow, Bob's Red Mill, Integrated Supplements and Blue Bonnet are still really good. Anything found in GNC is a ripoff. The only big box protein powder that doesn't suck is BodyFortress, the WalMart stuff. Yes, we know.
Beyond protein powder, which is to be used to fill the gap where a proper diet might fall short, and creatine (produced by the body naturally), most other supplements are not legally bound to actually produce the effects they claim to have. This is not getting into steroids, of course. Anything that's preworkout is just a giant spike of caffeine or caffeine adjacent insanity.
Now we could include multivitamins as supplements, but be aware on the materials used. Zinc and Magnesium are commonly found in their oxide forms, which are inconsistent at best. Go for other forms of Zinc and Magnesium. Balance out zinc with copper. Get the pre-metabolized form of Vitamin D. Look into which forms of the vitamins are the best.
And that's a shoot brother.
