WWE doesn't treat them all good, look at Sarray. You have to really stick out to be a joshi in WWE. They just got Asuka, Io and Kairi which were three of the best and leagues ahead of any AEW ever signed.

They're good wrestlers but nowhere near the best that Japanese men have to offer and they're also shoot 5'0. At least Shinsuke has size and was treated with more respect than many others. He has a royal rumble win and a clean win over Cena. He's gotten lazy though.
