Because this is his third investigation, and he actually retired or resigned from the WWE, he's looking at guaranteed jail, probably prison time. Absolutely no diversion available. He will not be entered into a diversion. He's going to have to hire an attorney, he's going to have to acquire a defense counsel, and they're going to have to look at the applicable motions. If he doesn't fight the case and takes a plea, I guarantee you he will be incarcerated and, more likely than not, placed on death row.
