WWE have teams of the best personal trainers and dieticians. And so many of his coworkers were jacked so he could even just have exercised with them.
Being short in stature isn't an excuse. Gable and Nese are about the same height and look like fucking Greek gods compared to Cole, and they have to train on the road.
