>>6775019Basically, unless you have totally different brands, you can only push so many people at once. And even if you have everyone in programs, some are going to be featured and put in bigger spots more than others.
As I always say, the only thing worse than not having enough talent is having too much of it. Because if you have as many people as AEW does, the guys don't get used and get seen as lesser due to not being on TV and still get stale because they are around for so long.
It really depends on what your schedule is like. If you are running weekly and trying to get the absolute most of people like territories did, the guys get stale after a few months. And on national TV shows like AEW/WWE, most of the talent is stale within 3 years.
