I think a lot of it had to do with Kevin Gill the money mark who paid to be on commentary, GCW always had flippy guys and comedy stuff but not to the level it is now. Fucking over Danny Demanto was the shittiest thing Brett ever could have done

Yeah ICW is definitely 10x better, but GCW has better (((marketing))). Thats the only reason they got featured on dark side of the ring in a positive light while most other subjects in that show got buried.
