>>6815145I'm going to give you actual advice. Do something to make you feel good about yourself. Start an exercise schedule and stick to it. Whenever something that's out of your control brings you down, use that frustration to push you when you exercise/work on a project/etc. There are things you cant control in life, so start putting the effort you put into beating yourself up and worrying about life into motivation.
It's okay to suck ass at something. It's the only way to get better at it and there isnt any avoiding it. Try to get lost in an appreciation for whatever passion you have instead of the "what ifs"
