Jay's a great heel but he isn't going to attract curious viewers to the product like AJ and Kenny did. NJPW seems to be hoping Ospreay can do that for them but that's a gamble that may or may not pay off.

I like NOAH but unless they land a surprisingly good gaijin I don't think they'll really gain western eyes anytime soon. It's too bad because Nakajima is better than most of the NJPW roster.

I do agree the undercard sucks. One thing I'll give DDT is they work magic in recruiting lots of promising young guys. Takagi really should work some of that magic for NOAH too so they can start pumping out young talent.

Tanahashi and Naito are old broken down shitters now, their matches don't mean anything anymore, they are no longer relevant
Shingo seems to genuinely love AEW and is always begging to come back so he will probably work a bunch more shows there and become more relevant than he currently is
