It's always been the case, and it's mainly worse with female performers. Unless you're a female or a kid, most female wrestlers will look at you as pathetic. I remember once standing in line to meet Sable back in like 1998 or 1999. I was like the only young kid there (like 9 or 10 years old) out of a group of men in their 30s, 40s, and 50s. Sable saw me and told all the guys in line who were rushing and cutting to 'let the kid come up front'. Went up, she instantly smiled, hugged me, took a picture, and signed an autograph. True story. Greatest moment of my life.
