Zoey can't carry promo segments like Mandy, she's too bland and lacking in character to be the main character like Mandy is. That's part of why Mandy has been champ so long, take her out of the title picture and it becomes very bland.
If NXT is supposed to develop new talent now, why would they give a 28 year that looks 50 the rub of defeating the dominant heel champ when they've Roxanne and Cora who are 20 and 21 and either could probably pull off being champ?
