The best explanation I can come up with is that:

1) They didn't expect people to like it so much

2) They had already planned to send Sarray to NXT UK

3) They wanted Thea Hale as the Chase U girl

Thea Hail got over way more in the exact same position, I genuinely think that the WWE crowd gives zero shits about Sarray
The whole Sarray-Chase U thing was lightning in a bottle for how it made the fans care about her for once but putting a random rookie in her position made everyone forget all over again
