Discontinue Rampage or at least make it live instead of taped
Make Dynamite cards stronger, stop pitting literal whos against established names

Turn rampage into a reality show that facilitates feuds and vignettes for the roster. Everyone still won’t be featured but most of the relevant wrestlers would and it would deepen the universe of aew. Moxley drops the belt to punk and punk turns heel. How im not sure he can do whatever he wants just to make sure he is basically Company Man Punk and does all the bidding for the new owner (me) and makes it clear that he doesn’t care that he’s become everything he’s hated. If anything now he understands all the old figures like vince and hhh from his tome in wwe and he starts pointing out the flaws of tony khan (he just died). He then thanks moxley for “keeping his belt warm” and tries to storm off but then mjf makes his grand return as the screen turns black. This kicks off a vince vs stone cold-esque feud that will culminate at the next revolution.

Close the company, there's no saving it at this point.
Put six months of work into rebranding and restructuring then reopen based around AEW original talent, on about one tenth of the current budget.
Concentrate on a small roster with intricate

I can't even begin to understand the mind of someone who would want to sign Kidd Bandit to AEW and isn't named Cody Rhodes but you do you. A cruiserweight belt in AEW would be a lot of fun but you'd have to shuffle a lot of names between it and the main event scene like Darby and Pac so it might get confusing, probably not any more confusing than current AEW though. I'm glad someone else on this board appreciates Angelico. I'd sign Bandido over Vikingo because the former's a free agent and was champ not before Tony bought ROH

I hire some fucking writers familiar with Russo's work and tell them to hop to it. I encourage the existence of storylines introduced in Dynamite that have payoffs near the end of the episode. Too much of Dynamite is segmented with feuds hermetically closed off from what's happening on the rest of the show. I encourage more weaving, crossover and long running (per episode) ideas.

Hire a competent booker to try and salvage the clusterfuck focusing on whomever my most popular talent is based on market research and start culling the shitters. The writing staff would work for the booker and he can fire them as he pleases. His priority would be making the storylines progress week to week logically without interrupting the flow of the show because I don't want to lose the audience I already have. Make MJF happy if possible and get him back on TV ASAP, Kenny is getting his fat faggot ass back on TV as well ready to wrestle or not. I'm personally going to beat up Phil every day. Get rid of Dark and start doing house shows instead if the win loss ratio turns out to be that important to the audience. Make sure my roster is well paid but scared for their jobs and has access to steroids and cocaine. Everyone's social media is going to be handled by a team of writers and completely kayfabe.
