Cody left as soon as he saw Punk come because he knew the chaos he would cause. That's why he once said he hoped TK was treated well by history, because he knew Punk would do his damnest to make him the villain instead of owning up to his bullshit. He also said others would follow him to WWE because Punk would probably cause a max exodus due to his shitty attitude.

This is more likely now than ever. Nothing to do in AEW and i don't think Kenny can physically work in NJPW anymore. Getting on good terms with Haitch is a good retirement move.
