The problem with Hero is that he just looks flabby, he's just Adam Cole's bigger brother. A guy like Abbott is extremely believable.
Hero also did look alright at one point, around 2012-ish. Looks like he just lost it entirely.

No he wouldn't have been perfect. Vince McMahon would have lost in interest because he was watching a fat slob stinking up his TV show and scrapped the whole thing after 3 months. It's thanks to Roman being in The Shield that Seth was allowed to prove his worth, and it's thanks to Roman that no talent shitter DEAN made a boatload of money from WWE and is making even more money from the mark running AEW.

The reason Roman was in The Shield was because he was earmarked to be the next guy. That's why The Shield were in the main event from the start. Vince went with Roman from the beginning. Chris Hero would never have been a draw in the big time hence why was a jobber in WWE's developmental. CM Punk doesn't understand the wrestling business.
