Cornette is mad that things aren't like how it was when he was a child and can't get over his mid, sorry, life-long crisis. With that said, people were willing to play along until shit got too goofy and the guys stopped looking and acting larger than life. But still, above all else, Cornette refuses to admit that Wrestling back in the 70's and 80;s was a cheap place to drink a couple of beers under the guise of taking a couple of kids out. I found some old flyers from my Grandpa's and they all say shit like .50 cent beer and stuff. That was always the real draw.
