I enjoyed fucking around for the first few months, started to cook for my apartment block neighbors and now I have 2 food trucks and a pop up concept opening up soon just outside OC and making a shit ton more money pursuing what I'm actually passionate about. I know it sounds corny but it's true, pick a job you live and you'll never have to work in your life. I wake up at 1 pm help out with prep and do some phone calls here and there and basically eat and serve food all night.
