The thing is that, in real life, when you do it over and over again, it becomes transparent, and annoying. Maybe to the average AEW fan it's still working, but that shit got old to me fast. When everyone goes 20 minutes with the main eventer, it's not an open match anymore, it's indistinguishable geeks all getting the same consolation prize.
