Billy Gunn, Arn Anderson, William Regal and, heck, even Jericho are ALL old guys with experience and success in this business they can ask for advice. And in talent relations, Bryan, Cesaro and Kenny are well liked backstage. Heck, there is this report that Bryan actually invited people to come over and practice with him and Regal hours before each show, and it is because of these practices we have Jade improving consistently over the months. People LOVED being part of these trainings, which shows he is good at connecting with people. Dustin is also there, too.
He has the personnel, he just needs to manage them better to cover for his flaws and he will be fine. The thing is, will he understand this, or fall prey to his own ego?
