He plans to hide most of the match but at the end everybody else is napping - heyman gets a gleam in his eyes - he climbs the ladder and grabs the briefcase. Eventually brock is champ and heyman tries to strike a deal with roman where after brock is gassed from another match, roman will beat down brock and heyman will cash in for the pin. Shortly after heyman becomes champ he will challenge roman (the new #1 contender) and lay down to drop the belt. In exchange the usos must go under contract to do heyman's bidding. The cashin goes well and heyman becomes champion, but brock beats the shit out of him seconds afterwards. Because heyman is now injured he cant get cleared to wrestle roman to drop the title, but he still needs the usos as bodyguards to protect him against further attacks by brock. Though theyre reluctant, he convinces romans faction to hold up their end of the deal. He convinces vince(reinstated) not to vacate the title by elaborately lying about his medical status and promising that he will be able to defend the title by wrestlemania. Meanwhile brock beats roman to become #1 contender, in part because heyman, increasingly paranoid, made the usos guard his locker room instead of helping roman cheat. By this point roman and the usos are really getting pissed at heyman, but he insists he can make things right. He convinces vince to book his match against brock as a no DQs, falls count anywhere match at mania. So even though heyman is still in a neck brace, roman and the usos have the numbers to help him win... if they even still believe in his plan.
