Even if you could find ones who weren't clumsy, you'd still have to deal with the fact that they can't contend with the men in terms of power and speed, and that no man who's done anything remotely athletic in his life is scared at the prospect of fighting a woman, no matter how much she stomps around and roars. If the most important thing for wrestlers, regardless of gender, is that you can buy them as imposing, then the logical conclusion is that there shouldn't be a women's division at all.
