Is there a reason why they never did a Mandy/Indi feud over Dexter?

Given the plot point of Mandy being TEH SEX as part of the Toxic Attraction gimmick, why didn't they have her go after Dexter and try and steal him from Indi?

Mandy's entire purpose in NXT was to get Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne over.

Dexter/Indi was done to salvage The Way by letting them leech off Dexter.

They didn't need to have the two groups collide
