AEW are a bunch of useless idiots who can't make proper use of the abundance of good material in the women's division. The division should be built around Anna Jay, Tay Conti, Julia Hart, Riho, Toni Storm, Skye Blue, Penelope Ford, Kris Statlander and Jamie Hayter (in no particular order). To defeat the WWE women's division, AEW must emphasize that they have younger, fresh and more attractive women. Britt Baker, who boasts the highest popularity, can be the ace, but only to bide time for when Anna Jay or Julia Hart is ready to take over the role. She will then assume a role like Chris Jericho in the men's division. Jade Cargill will exist outside of the mainline of the division as TBS Champion until it is time for her to become a monster rival of the young ace. Obasan veterans like Thunder Rosa, Hikaru Shida, Serena Deeb, Ruby Soho and Athena should be used in supplementary roles. Japanese exports would still be brought in to keep things fresh.

At this rate, I'm worried Julia Hart or Anna Jay will leave for WWE when their contracts are up.
