who is the unluckiest wrestler in history?

Who represents the greatest talent and potential, wasted on some combination of bad luck and retarded booking?
Imo Kerry could have been the next hogan and extended the golden era into the mid 90s as the new face of the company, were it not for his various issues. Even with all his grief, his amputated foot, and his addiction, he was still an extremely charismatic star with solid technical skills. In the timeline where he doesn’t have that accident, he probably would’ve gotten a world champ push in 1991 or 92 after his IC program with hennig ended.
Another unfortunate one that stands out to me is Paul Roma, the dude was never main event material but he should’ve been a solid midcarder with a respectable career instead of becoming a joke through sheer dumb luck at WMVII.
