Put the rocket on Wardlow. Have him get beat and cheated out of the title by people like Jericho and MJF. Have him win it back.
I would have a top 5 and actually make it matter. Not rankings, but an actual top 5 main event scene.
People who are in the top 5 will be automatically feuding with each other for a shot at the champion.
people like Hangman, Jericho, Moxley, Wardlow, Powerhouse Hobbs, Jay Lethal, Claudio, etc, all of your solid guys that can work and cut promos on each other will always have something to do because they will always be chasing the title amongst each other.
More multi man matches like Triple Threats and Four Way Eliminations in order to pop good ratings. NOT hardcore matches.
Actually put your stars vs other stars in your matches every week. No more jobber vs star or star vs undercarder from a different company. AEW Star vs AEW Star, at least one match, every single week.
Run more rematches. Wrestling the same person weak after weak sucks, but wrestling that one person more than once within a month or so develops chemistry between them and develops the storylines between them a lot faster.
No more slow burn stories that take a year or longer to move forward because of some arbitrary reason like them not being featured enough. Move through your stories and have proper endings to them. This free's up more of your stars to continue working new feuds instead of sitting on 1 feud for months and months because they can't get any time on TV to advance it.
Hire 2-3 writers, hire a booker, hire an on screen GM.
