It's also not just him anymore, despite what schizo posters think. Other people saw that it's a shitpost that gets reactions, therefore join in at the very hint of alexa being mentioned. They also try to push it on other women too. You'll notice that any time a woman gets popular recently, there will be a set of posts saying "that's a man".
