He had a guaranteed contract and got paid to do nothing when WCW closed then was offered a lucrative deal by a money mark to do limited shows for good pay then got a deal which included work in creative for TNA. Bruce has stated that they contacted him but he decided to stay with what he had.

Cornette is the only one of the three that can actually explain his views and give examples then explain their consequences and why something worked or why it didn't. The irony is that Disco is physically larger than most of the AEW roster, including Eddie. Well Eddie Kingston and Disco are about the same size, except one is 240 pounds of fat, the other is 240 pounds of muscle. That's what made the DI character funny though, he was a comedy jobber but is actually a big dude but he was often surrounded by people that made him look like a midget, like Razor & Nash.
