Anybody relatively physically capable by wrestler's standards, i.e, not clumsy and immobile, can go out there having been told what spots to do, do them, and have a "5 star match".
5 Star matches are more to do with what happens before the match than what takes place during it. It's borderline booking, borderline who is booked to have the 5 star match.
