Presumably because they're focusing on their US TV deal right now, and foreign shows would be a detriment to that. They had plans to do it at a time that would be less important for that, but the coof got in the way. Any out of NA timezone shows they do anytime soon I imagine will be in Japan because of the New Japan partnership. But stuff like the all atlantic title feels like some groundwork for a potential UK go in the future, so anything is possible.
