A couple of days ago a guy claiming to be with AEW said Tony had to cut a big personal check to FTR after Omega, on behalf of the Bucks, cut them out of the AEW video game. Effectively costing them a huge chunk of video game royalty money. Basically to keep them quiet over their latest butt-fucking in the retard game of thrones saga going on at AEW right now.

Since then, it's been leaked that Bobby Fish is not going to have his contract renewed in a couple of months. Which kind of kills plans for a rumored Undisputed Era/Elite feud over the trios belt. And that some of the people, like Malakai Black and others wanting out of AEW to run back to daddy Hunter, may get their releases after all.

Makes you wonder if the rumor is true, and this is how Tony is recouping the money he had to shell out to FTR recoup them for their lost income; paying them x-amount of money tax free to compensate them for the royalties they won't be getting by doing a roster purge, with an added focus on getting rid of some of the Elite friends as blowback for their BS.

Would also explain why we are getting the belt back on Punk. FTR complaining about the Bucks might not get much coverage, but if Punk starts to talk about the Bucks and Omega pulling tricks like this, people will actually listen.
