Austin's a definite no since he had that dimeless Ringmaster gimmick for a couple of years. I'm not even aware of what Hogan's early WWE years are like, my knowledge of WWE begins with WM 1 so maybe Hogan beats him

Within his first calendar year he main evented all big 4 WWE PPVs (Summerslam, Survivor Series(?), Royal Rumble, Wrestlemania) he won the King of the Ring tournament and went to to win biggest prize in the company within the first 6 months on the main roster. He won the title, lost it, won the Royal Rumble and then Main Evented Wrestlemania where he won the title back.

When Autstin debuted in 96 he had the Ringmaster gimmick and by the end of the year the had the Stone Cold gimmick and was fueding with Bret. Your timelines must be off cause he was only the Ringmaster for a couple months.
