They're ignoring him and releasing him quietly as soon as they can. He can go wherever he wants and they'll be happy they're rid of him. The only thing that would piss them off is maybe if AEW made a point of doing some storyline talking about how Ibushi was screwed. And they wouldn't allow him to be in some sort of Forbidden Door event or in a match with any of the New Japan guys.
