You could easily build a good angle around it being that Rock is King Kingaling Samoan and the real "Tribal Chief". At the same time, it doesn't make sense to drop the title to a retired wrestler and you would have to find a way to get the belt of Rock.

I don't think Roman vs Rock needs to be for the belt to be a big match. Plus Rock would never go over Roman. The only reason he'd wrestle Roman would be to put him over and cement him as a top guy.
