Lariats need to be stiff. Hansen and JBL's were brutal.
Not advocating for all wrestling to be stiff, but it's fine if a couple of moves are. As long as you're not working stiff all the time your body can handle it.. so if a few guys are you're generally going to be fine.

I don't care about his personal opinions.

He is one of the most athletic and naturally skilled wrestlers I have ever seen.
A great modern strong style blend of power offense and high flying.
