After Phil walked out on WWE, he went on Colt's podcast and trashed, among other people, a doctor who later sued both of them for defamation
Phil and Colt had a falling-out over money while defending the lawsuit, and ended up suing each other
Someone (the Young Bucks, if you believe Phil) blamed Phil in the dirtsheets for Colt not being used by AEW and on the chopping block to be fired until Tony bought ROH. (Not that he was being used much even before Phil signed with AEW.)
Adam Page made a comment about Phil not supporting workers rights during a promo, one that nobody except Phil thought anything of.
Phil got so butthurt about it that he flipped out multiple times, including at the press conference after All Out, completely overshadowing the return of MJF and him "earning" a world title shot.
Phil also threw punches at the Young Bucks after the press conference.
