He pulls interim champions out of his ass almost every month now when someone can't show up for a show. Just fire/suspend Punk and Ace, maybe suspend all of them since the Bucks and Omega were looking to start the fight before they got hit first and then have another gay 1 night tournament for all the belts that are vacated.
