In terms of quality American wrestling has been in a freefall since the 90s. The worst 90s indie trash had some concept that you shouldn't blatantly help your opponent get into position or balance on the top rope even if the end spot is "cool." Therefore some fucking dunce playing a fake Doink 30 years ago is a better wrestler than Kenny Omega.
