I shoot was a team lead (department manager) for a few years. It's not extraordinarily difficult work, but corporate interference got really bad near the end of my run.

The managers of even small stores do pretty well. That’s a lot of merchandise and employees they are responsible for. There is no way the bucks would be able to do it.

Used to. Bunch of thieves and security didn't care and told me not to worry about a couple of dollars lost to billion dollar companies.
Kids climbing on displays and shelves.
Adults and even couples fighting.
People passed out on drugs in the middle of the store.
Awful job.

I used to work at Target in the home section, the big draw there was engaged couples filling out their wedding registry and fighting. Would be on the other aisle folding rugs listening to them argue about towels
