Stop masturbating in bed, I can't stress how helpful it has been for me to wake up and immediately get out of bed. I do this by making a cup of tea when I wake up but you could do other things too.
I've heard that some guys only masturbating with mental imagery rather than by looking at porn. I've definitely found that this gives less of a shameful feeling but that orgasming is less spontaneously achieved than with normal fapping.
