Rampage gets turned into the Developmental brand to build up new stars, because AEW is sorely lacking and needing them
Nobody gives a shit about Tag matches anyway, that bridge will be crossed when it gets there; more than likely stop tag stables altogether and do temporary alliances of big stars like The Mega Powers, Rated RKO, etc.

Some corrections:
I don't think Darby should be a top babyface champion, at least not for very long. But he's a scrappy underdog that would perform very well as a belt chaser against a heel champ in a high profile angle.
Also, I'd push Wardlow big. Ideally, leading to a main event MJF/Wardlow angle for "le heckin slow burnerino".
Yuta's fine, but he's not all that. Keep him as a Super Juniors ambassador to keep NJPW happy.
Garcia's a shitter, but he's got potential. Pump the brakes on his push, but keep him on the burner.
HOOK and Starks are dimes and need more screen time.

I'd hire someone else to handle the women's division as I couldn't be bothered to give a shit.

Fucking push somebody already. If anything the problem is that AEW has a lot of talent and you always want to see something more. This might be a blessing in disguise.

They put the titles on FTR and let them cool. They put the title on Wardlow and he defended like once. Allin loses to Punk and is not relevant on a year. Puts a new title on PAC and he almost doesn´t appear on television. He puts a world title on Claudio and he has no story for the PPV. Then the PPV arrives and they have nothing for nobody.

Be consistent for once, make them feel like monsters, FUCKING PUSH THEM.

At this point I'd just make Daily's Place their Impact Zone since it would be impossible to draw without the smark favorites and the "mainstream" draw. Plus most of the other talent like Jericho, Danielson, and Christian will want to jump ship along with swathes of others who might find safe haven in Haitch's WWE or NJPW. Kinda weird how the script has flipped so drastically, but many with a keen eye saw it coming.
