AEW needs to start hiring guys who have "the look", everyone on the roster looks like some asshole. Phil made an ass out of himself in the UFC, nobody can take him seriously, Moxley looks like he's never thrown a punch before (but at least has some very moderate size), Jericho is old, everyone else looks like any random audience member could 50/50 beat their ass. Who in AEW could even tear a shirt in half?
