He very blatantly doesn't have the IT factor required of a main eventer. It's different to say Roman, who was the right guy presented in the wrong way/time. Garcia will never be accepted in a main event spot

It really comes down to lack of charisma and intensity. His expressions are either blank or melodramatic, with no in-between. His 'badass shooter' gimmick is forced and vacant because he doesn't have the genuine physicality or mentality of a shooter. I'll take a Garcia over a Bucks-inspired flippy shitter, but he's lacking in a lot of places.
